Landprime Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Land-FX”) is set to launch 30 USD Credit Promotion (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion”). All qualified clients (hereinafter referred to as “client”) may have chance to participate in the Promotion.

Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion period: 00:00 Jan 7th 2022 ~ 23:59 Dec 31st 2022 (Land-FX Server time, GMT-5). 2. When a new client residing in the Philippines registers in Land-FX during the Promotion period, client will be eligible for the Promotion if the client participates for at least 2 sessions of Land-FX webinar. If the client fails to join Webinar, client would not be eligible for the promotion. 2.1 The Bonus may be offered by the Company from time to time to clients who open live account with Company after participating in Land-FX webinar. 2.2 Promotion will be applied to pre-designated account upon request from authorized referrer within one (1) business day. 2.3 Promotion will be applied as a Credit worth of thirty (30) USD in client’s pre-designated account. 3. Credit amount may not be withdrawn without meeting the trading conditions set forth. 4. If the client successfully traded three (3) standard lots, client would be eligible to withdraw profits generated from trades. 5. Client may receive Promotion one (1) time for one (1) pre-designated account only. 6. Promotion accounts would not be eligible for any another promotions Land-FX offers. 7. Trades executed from Promotion accounts would not be eligible for referrer commissions. 8. After Promotion period, client can still trade with given Promotion until 23:59 Dec 31st 2023 (Land-FX Server time, GMT-5); all given Promotion will be removed without any notifications. 9. General Conditions: 9.1 Promotion is not eligible for STP account. 9.2 Land-FX is authorized to disqualify any participant in the promotion who intends to abuse or violate the promotion terms and conditions, and further reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time. Any amendment or termination of the promotion will be subject to notifications from Land-FX. 9.3 If Land-FX suspects or has reason to believe that client is set under 9.2 cases, Land-FX is entitled as its sole discretion to: 9.3.1 Deny, withhold or withdraw deposits from client’s account(s) and/or from any other account(s) related to such client’s account. 9.3.2 Withhold, cancel and subtract from client’s account(s) and/or from any other account(s) related to such client’s account. 9.3.3 Offset any resulting of profits/losses from related account(s). 9.3.4 Terminate client’s any services and contracts provided by Land-FX. 9.3.5 Block client’s account(s) by maintaining minimum regulatory requirements. 9.3.6 Cancel profits, Introducing Broker (IB) commissions. 9.4 Land-FX reserves the right of final interpretation of this promotion. 9.5 Qualified client is the holder with a proof of address in Philippines. 10. This Terms & Conditions will be effective from Jan 7th 2022.
